CECOMA 2016 Challenges in the Environmental Management of Coastal and Marine Areas

The main subject of this conference will be the challenges in the environmental management of coastal and marine areas. The sustainability of this sensitive and valuable piece of territory requires the coexisting of traditional uses, result of the folklore, and the modern uses, product of technological development in nowadays society. Both require the maintenance of the quality, richness and diversity of littoral areas and together they can supply new resources to the population of the coastal zones.
