Our session – running in parallel with the Symposium – will explore current funding opportunities which address Priority 2 of the Atlantic Action Plan: Protect, Secure and Enhance the marine and coastal environment.

Our aim is to bring together managing authorities of EU funds and project promoters to discuss the Atlantic Strategy and understand its relevance to EU funding opportunities. Discussion will centre on current EU funding opportunities, their link to the Strategy and constraints faced by project promoters. Advice and feedback will be available from managing authorities.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to attend sessions at the parallel 7th Annual Marine Economics and Policy Research Symposium. To register to attend the Symposium (full agenda at the following link) as well as attend the Atlantic Action Plan event please click here
